A two image collage showing a tortoise shell glass filled with salted maple cold foam garnished with a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of flaky salt.

Salted Maple Cold Foam is a perfect balance of sweet and salty. Cold brew coffee is lightly sweetened with real maple syrup and then topped with a fluffy cloud of maple-y sweet cream and a sprinkle of sea salt. This iced coffee feels special but is easy enough to enjoy any day! Plus, it’s ready in mere minutes.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, maple is an unsung hero when it comes to flavoring coffee recipes. Especially when it’s real, Wisconsin maple syrup!

Whether you’re enjoying this drink or a maple latte please, please, please ONLY use the real deal maple syrup. It sounds a little snobby, but it makes all the difference. If it doesn’t say “Grade A Pure Maple Syrup” then don’t use it!

This is just another fabulous addition to my cold foam recipe repertoire. And, personally, I think it fits right in with pumpkin cream cold foam, salted caramel cold foam, and peppermint mocha cold foam.

    Don't you agree?

    Making Salted Maple Cold Foam

This is just a brief overview, find detailed instructions in the recipe card below!

Pour milk and cream into a jar.
Add maple syrup to your liking.
Add a pinch or two of flaky sea salt.
Use a hand frother to whip.

If you don't have a hand-held frother you can also whip this mixture in a blender for 5 - 10 seconds! Or until thick and fluffy.

    Making Maple Cold Brew Coffee

Find all the measurements and thorough instructions in the recipe card below!

Add pure maple syrup to a glass filled with ice.
Stir in the cold brew coffee.
Top with the salted maple cold foam.
Serve with a sprinkle of flaky salt!

Want to make sure your coffee doesn’t get watered down before you finish it? Use coffee ice cubes to keep the drink flavorful!
