A S’mores Mocha Latte is basically the time-honored campfire treat paired with the bold richness of espresso. So…two of the best things ever! By combining my classic mocha latte with some homemade toasted marshmallow syrup I got the coffee recipe of my dreams. It’s perfection in a glass, enjoy hot or iced!

This has been the coffee drink on heavy rotation at our house! All of the testing I had to do on my marshmallow syrup recipe meant that we drank this for roughly a month straight. Best part?! We didn't get tired of it! It's that good!

Ingredients You’ll Need

99% of the time, I like making my simple syrup recipes at home. They’re embarrassingly easy so why not? However, I do realize not everyone is like me! Feel free to sub your fav store-bought marshmallow syrup in this latte recipe.

Making a Campfire Mocha at Home
This is just a brief overview, find detailed instructions in the recipe card below!

Try it iced!
For an iced s'mores mocha simply add ice to the glass after mixing the syrups with espresso and top with your chilled milk of choice.

Bonus points if you rim the glass with chocolate and graham cracker crumbs. Maybe use some coffee ice cubes? And garnish with a toasted marshmallow?
Because it's about being extra, isn't it?!
