Campfire S’mores Mocha Latte (Hot or Iced)

A S’mores Mocha Latte is basically the time-honored campfire treat paired with the bold richness of espresso. By combining a classic mocha latte with some homemade toasted marshmallow syrup it’s perfection in a glass, enjoy hot or iced!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup (more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 1 - 3 tablespoons toasted marshmallow syrup (more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 2 ounces espresso (or 3 ounces strongly brewed coffee)
  • 8 ounces milk of choice

Instructions

  • In a mug, combine 1 – 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup, 1 – 3 tablespoons toasted marshmallow syrup, and 2 shots of espresso and stir well.
  • Pour 8 ounces of steamed milk over the espresso mixture.
  • If desired, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers to garnish. Enjoy immediately.
  • Recipe makes one drink, is easily multiplied.
  • For an iced mocha follow directions above, adding ice after mixing the espresso and pouring chilled milk over top instead of steamed.
