2tablespoonspure maple syrup(more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
For the salted maple cold foam:
¼cupheavy cream
¼cup2% milk
2tablespoonspure maple syrup
¼tsp.flaky sea salt,plus more for serving
Instructions
For the cold brew coffee:
Add 12 ounces of cold brew coffee and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to a glass filled with ice, stirring to combine.
For the salted maple cold foam:
Meanwhile, combine ¼ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup 2% milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon of flaky sea salt in a glass and blend until frothy with a handheld frother. (Alternatively, this can be done in a small blender.)
Pour the cold foam over your prepared cold brew and top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
