The Lillet Rosé Martini is a bright and refreshing cocktail that is so unique and so delicious! Made with Lillet, elderflower liqueur, and vodka it is an elegant and delicious cocktail recipe.

The Lillet Rose Martini on a gray backdrop with a garnish of lemon and violet

This drink isn't my brainchild. Oh no. It's a beloved cocktail served at Bavette's Bar & Boeuf in Chicago. But! I've been drinking it for over a decade. And making it at home for nearly as long, too!

For a fun twist, sometimes I like to use my lavender simple syrup instead of plain. it adds a whole new element to this drink!

A violet is used to garnish a Lillet rose cocktail in a chilled glass.

A twist on the classic martini

Before moving away from Chicago, I begged the bartender for the recipe. Miraculously, they obliged. (This is why it pays to be a good tipper.)

So you can rest assured that when you make this Lillet rosé cocktail at home it's just as legit as ordering it at the restaurant's bar!

I also love to enjoy a pumpkin spice espresso martini for a fun take on the standard martini.

Making a cocktail with Lillet wine

This is just a brief overview, find detailed instructions in the recipe card below!

Add the alcohol to a shaker.
Then the juice and simple syrup.
Shake and strain into your glass.

Hi Amanda. I needed a cocktail to use some Lillet Rose I had on hand and nothing in my recipe book appealed. Your Lillet Rose Martini absolutely fitted the bill, it’s simply delicious! I can’t wait to share it with my daughter in law, along with my husband’s college friend and his husband who are coming to visit this summer. Even my husband, stuck in a Scotch and Water rut for as long as I’ve known him, admits that it’s a lot better than most of my cocktails, high praise indeed! Thanks, Amanda!

      This is my new favourite.
We have a cocktail every Friday (usually just the one) and martini's are not at the top of our list as they can be very sharp with a large alcoholic tang. This is so smooth and bright. Still alcoholic but it slides right past in a very joyful drink.
