- My Mac took a crap earlier this week but it's finally back! (Inadvertent rhyming whilst telling a story? Check.) It was touch and go for a minute but everything got sorted and while my baby was being repaired I took some time away from the screen to just kind of reset - I baked a bunch of things just for me and friends and family (like these cookies). It was nice.
- As were those doughnuts! I've always been a huge lover of doughnz and now that I know they're not so scary to DIY expect to see a lot more. A lot.
- Speaking of even more doughnuts, one of my favorite pop-up shops, Circa, is back in circulation and I can't wait to get my hands on some!

- Edgar ate my (very expensive) work shoes earlier this week. I can't entirely blame him, they're covered in beer spills and pizza remnants but oy vey. He's lucky he's cute.
- My aunt made a delicious beef burgundy for lunch and it was so insanely tender! My word. I've got some stew meat in the freezer and a copy of Julia Child's boeuf bourguignon recipe...I better get to work.
- Just ordered these! Can't wait to wear them on my little getaway to Savannah!
