    Making homemade chai spice

    1. Measure out all your spices. I do this into separate bowls just to keep everything neat and tidy.
    2. Whisk to combine. So simple!
    3. Store the spice blend. This will keep in your cupboard for six months!

    Black Pepper in Chai

I looked at quite a few recipes online while making my own spice blend and decided to forgo the freshly ground black pepper in my mix, but if you’d like to have a slightly spicier version, feel free to add 1 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper.
