Yesterday was a little involved, so today we’re doing something super duper easy – roasting garlic!
Have you ever roasted garlic? Ohmygoodnesssogood! Like, SO, SO good!!! If you have then you know what my excitement is about. If you haven’t, then get to gettin’ and get on this! So simple and such a delicious pay off. The garlic hangs out in the oven for a while and then it’s sweet and smooth and buttery and makes everything better.
I can’t wait to show you what I made better tomorrow!
Roasted Garlic
(use this method per one bulb of garlic)
Garlic
Olive oil, for drizzling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut off the top of the garlic. Place in the center of a square of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap tightly in ball.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 75 – 90 minutes, or until cloves are soft and golden brown. Use immediately or store in airtight container in fridge for up to three days.
Looks tasty!
