This cocktail is like a classic espresso martini and the delicious dirty chai latte had a boozy baby! Bold espresso, fragrant chai concentrate, coffee liqueur, and vodka combine into a perfectly sweet and spicy martini that has that quintessential foamy top!

Add a generous handful of ice to a cocktail shaker or glass mason jar. Add in 2 ounces of vodka, 2 ounces freshly brewed espresso, 2 ounces chai concentrate, and 1 ounce coffee liqueur.
Put lid on shaker (or on jar) and shake espresso martini for 20 – 30 seconds, or until shaker is very cold and “iced over.”
Immediately strain into serving glass and top with a star anise and a sprinkle of chai spice blend, if desired.
Enjoy immediately.
