This recipe combines homemade pumpkin syrup, chai concentrate, and steamed milk to make the ultimate copycat version of Starbucks pumpkin chai. It’s a near perfect dupe of the coffee shop drink and is delicious hot or iced!

2 tablespoons pumpkin syrup ½ cup chai concentrate ½ cup whole milk (or preferred milk alternative)
For a hot pumpkin chai latte: Stir 2 tablespoons pumpkin syrup and ½ cup chai concentrate in a microwave-safe mug and heat until steaming (about 30 seconds). Meanwhile, use your milk frother to heat ½ cup milk. Pour steamed milk over the pumpkin and chai mixture.
Garnish with a pinch of chai spice blend to serve, if desired.
For an iced dirty chai latte: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the pumpkin syrup, ½ cup chai concentrate, and ½ cup milk. Stir to combine.
