ROASTED ACORN SQUASH

INGREDIENTS

You'll need acorn squash, salt, olive oil, and black pepper.

Cut the acorn squash in half and remove and discard of the seeds.

Roast in a 375 degree oven for an hour. Make sure the skin is facing up!
