EASY TURKEY STOCK (using leftover turkey!)

INGREDIENTS

You'll need turkey carcass, water, salt and pepper, carrots, celery, parsley, onion, and garlic.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill the pot. With the carcass, veggies,  seasonings and water. Simmer the stock. Over medium-low heat.

Remove the solids. The bones and veggies. I use a kitchen spider for this. It’s the perfect tool!

INSTRUCTIONS

Strain the stock. Into a big measuring cup. A fine mesh strainer will help to catch any small bits of solids you may have missed.

INSTRUCTIONS

 Pour into jars. Through another mesh strainer. Freeze and thaw when ready to use!
