30 Minute Grilled Potatoes in Foil

INGREDIENTS

You'll need russet potatoes, olive oil, butter, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the potatoes into 1/4 of an inch thick rounds.

SIMPLE TRICK!

If you’re struggling cutting the potatoes whole, slice them in half and place the cut side down to work with a flat surface.

INSTRUCTIONS

Butter the foil the place down the first layer of sliced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add the minced garlic, onions, and pats of butter.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the second layer of potatoes right on top of the first and drizzle with olive oil.

INSTRUCTIONS

Top with foil to create a sealed packet then place on the grill at medium-high heat for 15 minutes, then flip and grill for another 15 minutes.
