You'll need water, chai teabags, chai spice blend, sugar.

Bring water and sugar to a boil and stir until fully dissolved.

Put tea bags and spices in a measuring jug or big bowl.

Pour the boiling sweetened water over the tea bags and let steep for 30 minutes.

Store the chai concentrate. Remove the teabags and discard before refrigerating the concentrate.
