Buttery Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

You'll need potatoes, salt, garlic, butter, whole milk, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Chop the potatoes then place potatoes and garlic cloves in cold water. Boil until potatoes are fork tender.

Place butter into milk and microwave until the butter has fully melted.

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain the potatoes. And then return the potatoes to the pot. Pour in about ½ the milk and butter mixture and begin to mash.

INSTRUCTIONS

Taste the potatoes and add more salt, pepper, mix, and taste again. Repeat until potatoes are smooth and fluffy and seasoned to your liking!
