Venison Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

You'll need ground venison, mushrooms, egg noodles, beef stock, heavy cream, salt, onion, sour cream, seasonings, cornstarch, olive oil.

Saute the mushrooms until golden brown.

Saute garlic and onion and then add in the ground venison and cook until browned.

Sprinkle the venison and veggies with cornstarch then add in the beer, beef stock, heavy cream, and sour cream.
