Deer & Beer  Pot Pie

You'll need venison, peas, onions, carrots, mushrooms, beef stock, flour, herbs & spices, brown ale, bacon fat, puff pastry.

Add in the veggies and saute until until the carrots begin to soften and the onions are translucent.

Make the sauce by adding in the brown ale, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, peas, and spices & herbs. Let simmer until it thickens and venison is tender.

Divide into ramekins, topping each with a circle of puff pastry and brushing it with egg wash. Bake until crust is golden brown.
