and saute until until the carrots begin to soften and the onions are translucent.

Make the sauce
by adding in the brown ale, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, peas, and spices & herbs. Let simmer until it thickens and venison is tender.

topping each with a circle of puff pastry and brushing it with egg wash. Bake until crust is golden brown.
