VENISON  KEBABS

INGREDIENTS

You'll need venison, worcestershire sauce, garlic, italian dressing, dijon mustard, spices, herbs and olive oil.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the cut venison on a zip-top bag or bowl. Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade. Pour the marinade over the meat.

Cut venison and whatever veggies you'd like to use in uniform sizes. Place on soaked skewers.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook over high heat on an open grill for about 10 – 12 minutes, rotating the kebabs every two minutes or so.

Serve immediately with a blue cheese horseradish sauce!
