Venison Enchiladas

INGREDIENTS

You'll need ground venison, tortillas, cheeses, onion, garlic, spices, green chilis, enchilada sauce and olive oil.

Assemble the enchiladas. A little enchilada sauce in the pan, sauce on a tortilla and a lotta filling. Roll ‘em up and cover them in the remaining sauce and cheese.
