PAN SEARED VENISON TENDERLOIN

INGREDIENTS

You'll need venison tenderloin, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, butter, and grapeseed oil.

INSTRUCTIONS

Season the tenderloin. I do this by liberally sprinkling the dried cuts with Kosher salt and black pepper a day before cooking.

Make the herb garlic butter by mixing together butter, garlic, and herbs.

Sear the tenderloins and baste with the garlic herb butter. Let the meat rest until slicing.
