ROASTED CAULIFLOWER SOUP
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
You'll need cauliflower, olive oil, spices, vegetable stock, heavy cream, garlic, and onion.

Peel the leaves off
and cut & remove the core of the cauliflower. Cut into florets.

Oil and season the cauliflower
then roast in the oven for ~1 hour.

Sauté the onion and garlic
until soft. So easy!

Add the stock and cauliflower
to the soup pot. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Bring the soup to a simmer.

Puree the soup.
Either with an immersion blender or carefully in batches in a powerful blender then
stir in the cream
.

I like a little sprinkle of more red pepper flakes and a drizzle of garlic-infused olive oil. Yum!
