No Bake  Lemon Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

You'll need graham crackers, blueberries, powdered sugar, sugar, cream cheese, lemons, vanilla, heavy cream, salt, butter.

Pulse the grahams in a food processor until they’re very fine crumbs. Pulse in sugar and butter until it resembles sand.

Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. I do this with the back of a measuring cup to make sure I get the crust into the way edges of the pan

Whip the cream. To stiff peaks and then set aside.

Whip the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, salt, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.

Fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake batter.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the filling into the crust. And simply smooth it out. Chill the cheesecake. For at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour blueberry sauce on top of the chilled cheesecake. Slice and serve!
