LASAGNA SOUP

INGREDIENTS

You'll need lasagna noodles, ground venison & sausage, onion, sugar, cheeses, heavy cream, chicken stock, diced tomatoes.

Brown the meat in a large Dutch oven or soup pot. Then remove to a bowl and leave the drippings behind.

Add the tomato paste and the sugar and all the seasoning at this time.

Add the chicken stock, diced tomatoes, and cooked meat then bring it up to a boil.

Add the noodles and cook until the noodles are tender. Stir in the cream just before serving.

Top with cheese and serve with garlic bread. It’s the only way to do it!
