You'll need bourbon and vanilla beans.

Pour out some bourbon to make space for the vanilla beans.

Slice open the vanilla beans. Use a very sharp paring knife to split open one of the long ends of the bean. This exposes those beautiful vanilla bean seeds!

Place the split beans in the bottle. Shove about 48 of them in there. Close the bottle tightly and shake.

INSTRUCTIONS

Store bottle in a cool dark place and shake once a week for 2 months then pour into individual bottles.
