Healthy Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS

You'll need frozen spinach, water chestnuts, veggie soup mix, greek yogurt, and mayo.

Thaw and drain the spinach! That stuff holds a lot of water and it will totally destroy the dip if there’s too much moisture in it.

Mix the mayo and yogurt until smooth. Add the water chestnuts and soup mix. Mix together until combined.

Stir in the spinach until combined. Then chill the dip for at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor.
