Grilled Vension Backstrap

INGREDIENTS

You'll need venison backstrap, kosher salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

INSTRUCTIONS

12 hours before cooking, season the backstrap with kosher salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and garlic & onion powder. Place in the fridge.

INSTRUCTIONS

Grill backstraps over high heat for 7 – 10 minutes per side. Longer for a more well-done backstrap.

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve!
