Grilled Shrimp Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

You'll need shrimp, lemon juice, salt, ketchup, horseradish, butter, garlic, and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice and salt. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Place 4 – 6 shrimp on each skewer and place filled skewers on a baking sheet or large tray.

Sprinkle both sides of shrimp with salt and pepper then brush with melted butter and garlic. Grill for 2 minutes per side.
