Dry Rubbed Baked Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

You'll need chicken wings, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, paprika, pepper, garlic & onion powder, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, and coriander.

Trim the chicken wing so you have the traditional paddle and drumette pieces.

Toss the chicken wings (now separated) with the rub and only the rub.

Place the coated wings on a cooling rack on top of a lined pan. This will allow the air to circulate under the wings.

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake at 425F for 35 minutes. This high temperature will cause the skin to crisp but won’t overcook the chicken and leave you with dry wings.
