Creamed  Kale

INGREDIENTS

You'll need kale, heavy cream, onion, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, butter, and apple cider vinegar.

INSTRUCTIONS

Blanche the kale. In simmering water that’s been generously salted. It only takes about two minutes or so for the kale to cook

Sauté the onion and garlic. In butter. Season with kosher salt and pepper.

Add the vinegar and heavy cream. To the same pan with the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thick and luxurious

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir in the kale. And watch how the cream just coats the kale leaves!

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle with parmesan. And serve!
