Breakfast Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS

You'll need tortillas, eggs, onion, pepper, jalapeno, cheese, bacon, salt, pepper, hot sauce.

Cream together the butter and cream cheese until combined and fluffy.

Cook the veggies. In the same skillet with a little bit of the rendered fat, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add the eggs. Which have been whisked with hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Feel free to add a splash of milk. Cook the eggs. To your desired doneness.

Assemble the quesadilla. Layer the scrambled eggs, cooked meat, and shredded cheese in a tortilla. Place another tortilla on top.

Cook the quesadilla until it’s golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted and gooey. Serve! With sour cream, salsa, and extra hot sauce!
