    My second recipe created for Ernessi Organics!

    A ridiculously moist (hate that word, but it's accurate) chocolate cake soaked in a minty simple syrup covered in the smoothest chocolate and mint frosting.

      ohhh yes please!!! Mint and chocolate is one of my favourite combos. And that cake does look incredibly MOIST! 😉
