Apple Cider Mimosa
2oz. apple cider
Sparkling wine, prosecco, or champagne of your choice
Apple slices, for garnish
Pour the apple cider into a champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with apple slice and serve immediately.
Recipe is easily doubled/tripled/quadrupled for as many as needed.
